全球易经文化协会（英文：Global Cultural Association Book of Changes），是由世界各地高等院校的著名易学研究专家、教授，以及国内外各地民间团体资深、闻名的易学专家学者联合提起。协会在国际登记管理机构登记成立的集周易研究与应用为一体的全球境内的权威学术团体，协会主要工作是联络世界各大专院校及民间团体易学研究机构。在研究周易学术传统文化的过程中，坚决拥护中国共产党，贯彻执行党、国家的各项方针、政策、法律法规，维护国家和平统一，模范发扬社会主义文明道德风尚，批判伪科学，破除封建迷信，在研究过程中对易经文化批判吸收兼顾，去其粗粕，取其精华，客观辨证地研究易学文化的起源、产生、发展，实际运用等客观规律，坚持理论与实践相结合，融合东、西方文化精华，正本清源，传承文明，弘扬易学，以振兴中华，维护国家统一，维护社会安定团结，和谐文明为己任，与时俱进，开拓创新。大力弘扬中华民族易学文化，引导人民群众拥护共产党，执行国家各项法令，使国民正确认识和运用易经文化知识为社会主义精神文明和物质文明建设服务，促进人类社会文明进步，共建和谐社会，贯彻国家主席胡锦涛提出的：弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化是一件具有深远历史意义的大事，造福人类。协会提倡以科学的精神态度和方法，弘扬中华优秀传统文化，提倡科学研究与系列预测应用，坚决反对利用易经研究的名义从事违法活动，坚决抵制违法犯罪分子及邪教人员入会。
协会主要工作和业务，除执行上述总目标之外，协会主要是负责联络和召集海内外的易学爱好者和机构，每年召开易学研究会，共同探讨易学新成果，并每年评出既模范执行国家法律，又在易学研究中有突出新贡献的单位和个人，给予表彰、奖励。协会成立易学资质权威专家评审委员会，负责评定考核。国际易学相关的专业技术资质，通过严格考核，颁发相关的资质证书。
协会的最终目标是：传承中华传统文化瑰宝，推动易学文化发展方向，构建和谐社会！
A Brief Introduction to Global Cultural Association Book of Changes
Global Cultural Association Book of Changes (briefly referred to as Book of Exchanges Association) is a global authoritative organization for the study of Chinese culture--book of exchanges. It is composed of the experts and professors in the famous high educational institutes in the study of Book of Exchanges as well as immensely influential folk scholars. Book of Exchanges Association is engaged in certifying and selecting the contemporary elites who have made innovations and breakthroughs in studying the cultural education of Book of Exchanges and provides an open and fair academic certification platform for those who have outstanding achievements in academic research. The association does not involve politics or military affairs and is only engaged in academy; in addition, it is a non-profit academic association. Book of Exchanges Association every two years appraises and selects the academic theses and monographs that have made innovations and breakthroughs in the study of book of exchanges, notarizes and collects them. And it honestly reports to the experts in the whole world the academic accomplishments with new discoveries, breakthroughs, understanding and methods.
Book of Exchanges Association exalts academic breakthroughs, prizes academic innovators, respects science, and resolutely objects to pseudo sciences and the practice of plagiarizing others’ academic work or fruits. Book of Exchanges Association will join hands with the global scholars in the study of Book of Exchanges in making constant innovations in the contents and forms of the traditional culture of book of exchanges, elevating its level and unveiling the mysterious so-called “pseudo science” so as to stand itself out and keep pace with the times as well as the progress of science.
